Back in July 1992 Mark and Donna purchased their 1st garage from Tony Cardwell. It was named Bradford Auto and was a Shell site at the top end of Harewood Road. 3 Years later they purchased Burnside Motors, (another Shell site) from John and Shirley Milligan.

The team has been repairing cars in the area ever since. Bradford Auto changed its name to Shell Harewood and Burnside changed to Shell Burnside with the move by the Oil Company’s to have a tighter control on independent stations. Mark resigned as manager of the forecourts soon after, and has run the workshops ever since. Shell Harewood was closed down and the pumps removed in September 2003 so this forced the workshop relocation to 95a Sawyers Arms Road. It Was sold in 2005. This allowed us to concentrate on one outlet at Burnside Motors, and better serve our customers needs.
